Kemper is a Southeast Portland native who is on fire for personal development and helping others find fulfillment in their lives through self-investment. As a real estate broker, he loves helping people build better lives by establishing themselves financially using real estate investment strategies. Outside of the office he spends his time as a personal trainer specializing in working with at risk youth, giving guidance to his life coaching clients, and being a father to his beloved baby girl Evelyn.
