One of Greg’s priorities is to promote and support the well-being of others, and his approach to real estate embodies that philosophy.

He entered the real estate industry as a mortgage loan officer in 1991 and works as a licensed loan originator in Washington with LoanZilla (MLO 106202). He became a Washington licensed real estate broker in 2009.

Greg has extensive experience in real estate related fields. For instance, in his 20s he worked as a carpenter for a custom home builder, and he has over 30 years’ experience as an HOA Board member.

His credentials and experience include:

• Life coaching certifications.
• In 1992 he created a four-hour seminar titled “How to Shop for a Home Loan”.
• From 2000 through 2010 he owned and operated his own mortgage company.
• 2010 King County Chapter President for the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.
• Former certified instructor for National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) and Washington Association of Mortgage Professionals (WAMP) in ethics and lending regulations.
• Former licensed securities broker, registered investment advisor, and insurance agent

Greg grew up in Bothell and currently lives near Lake Sammamish. He attended Shoreline Community College, Western Washington State College, and Antioch University. He enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing, playing piano, and volunteering.
