Jon has worked in the real estate industry for over 35 years and moved to Oregon in 2021 to remodel several multi-million-dollar homes for resale.  A native of Tucson, Jon moved to Tempe, Arizona to attend Arizona State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Real Estate, with honors. After working for many years in Phoenix managing residential development, construction, marketing and sales, Jon formed FSR Realty and Solace Builders to build and sell homes for his delighted customers. This included Rancho Monte Vista, a 24-lot subdivision which offered large, well-decorated homes at very attractive prices.  When he’s not helping customers find and buy their dream homes, Jon is an avid cyclist and especially enjoys exploring PNW trails on his mountain bike. Jon’s favorite expression is “experience matters” and he joined the Reger Group in 2025 because “game recognizes game,” his second favorite expression!
